SVK is the only Belgian manufacturer of corrugated sheets in fibre cement. Furthermore, the Neptunus range of double pressed corrugated sheets is among the best that can be currently found on the market.
These durable and extra-strong fibre cement corrugated sheets contain carefully selected, high-quality fibres and in this way protect the roof against the most extreme weather conditions. Neptunus is the best sheet for your comfort and safety; it is the ideal roof solution for building and renovating sheds/stables, industrial buildings, halls, storage areas and other constructions.
- Top quality raw materials
The robust SVK Neptunus corrugated sheets contain carefully selected, high-quality fibres and in this way protect against the most extreme weather conditions.
- Perfect bonding and optimal strength
SVK presses several layers of fibre cement together to the desired thickness, guaranteeing a perfect bond and optimal strength. The corrugated sheet is then pressed a second time at high pressure. The result: a unique, extra-strong sheet. A corrugated sheet cannot be strong enough!
There is no metal incorporated into Neptunus corrugated sheets, which makes them very durable. Metal sheets can indeed rust quickly in places where the protective layer is damaged or perforated.
The pore structure of Neptunus corrugated sheets absorbs the water vapour from the inside, absorbs the moisture and gradually releases it to the open air. This minimizes the danger of condensation and in this way every inside area remains dry.
- Noise reducing
Thanks to the noise reducing qualities of the corrugated sheets, the noise during heavy rain and hail storms is minimal. Neptunus corrugated sheets in this way ensure a pleasant living and working environment for man and animal.
- Pre-grooved mitres
Neptunus corrugated sheets are slightly pre-grooved at each corner, tailored to the minimum standard length overlap of 20 cm. In this way the corners, where necessary, can easily be removed by hand or by using a hammer or pliers, without releasing dust. Furthermore, with the Neptunus corrugated sheets, you can literally go in any direction. You can cover any roof with one type of sheet: in the traditional way (against the predominant wind direction), or around, from right to left.
- Safe and comfortable installation Polypropylene safety strips are integrated into Neptunus corrugated sheets; these reinforce the sheets and reduce the chance that one falls through the roof. Together with double pressing, this makes the Neptunus corrugated sheets at least one and a half times stronger than the standard prescribes. Furthermore, the waffled anti-slip structure ensures a better grip so that the sheet does not slip out of your hands when manoeuvring it.

Neptunus corrugated sheets are produced according to the generally applicable European standard EN 494. Most countries, however, individually set even stricter demands than the European standard. Given that the Neptunus corrugated sheets are manufactured on one common production line, every SVK corrugated sheet meets every criteria from these different countries!
